Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Ensure the product is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Do not operate the spray booth in wet conditions or near water.
- Always use the exhaust hose to vent fumes outdoors.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves when painting.
- Keep children and pets away from the operating unit.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
Setup Instructions
- Unpack and Assemble the Booth: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Unfold the spray booth from its compact, suitcase-like form. Ensure all panels are securely locked into place.

- Install the Filter: The high-density two-layer ABS filter is pre-installed. Verify it is correctly seated in the designated slot at the rear of the booth.

- Connect the Exhaust Hose: Attach the flexible exhaust hose to the exhaust port on the side of the booth. Extend the hose (up to 5.6 feet / 170.7 cm) and place the exhaust head outside a window or door gap (minimum 2.5 cm gap required) to ensure proper ventilation of fumes.

- Position Accessories: Place the removable turntable inside the booth. Utilize the paint and spray gun racks on top of the booth to organize your tools. If included, use the 6 alligator clips to hold small models on the turntable.
- Optional: Combine Units: For larger projects, two VIVOHOME spray booth units can be joined together to create a wider spraying area and enhance airflow.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Turn on the main power switch located on the side of the unit. The 25W fan will activate, drawing fumes and overspray through the filter at a speed of 4 m/s.
- Activate LED Lights: Press the light switch to turn on the three integrated LED strips, providing 1200 lumens of bright, uniform illumination for your workspace.

- Position Your Workpiece: Place your model or item on the rotating turntable. Use the alligator clips to secure smaller items if needed. The turntable allows for easy access to all sides of your workpiece without direct handling during painting.
- Begin Painting: Perform your airbrushing or spray painting tasks within the booth. The fan and filter system will work to capture paint particles and fumes, maintaining a cleaner and healthier environment.
- Power Off: Once painting is complete, turn off the LED lights and the main power switch. Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after painting to clear any remaining fumes.
Maintenance
- Filter Replacement: The high-density filter cotton requires replacement after long-term use to maintain optimal filtration performance. Refer to the filter installation diagram (Figure 3) for replacement.
- Cleaning the Booth: The ABS construction allows for easy cleaning. Wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. For stubborn paint residue, use a mild cleaning solution. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
- Cleaning LED Lights: To protect the LED strips from paint accumulation and facilitate cleaning, they can be covered with a transparent plastic film. Replace this film as needed.
- Cleaning the Turntable: The rotating turntable is removable and can be easily cleaned separately with soap and water or a suitable cleaning agent for paint.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | No power supply; power switch off; faulty power cord. | Check power outlet and connections. Ensure power switch is ON. Inspect power cord for damage. |
| Weak airflow or poor fume extraction. | Clogged filter; exhaust hose obstructed or improperly connected; fan malfunction. | Replace filter (see Maintenance). Check exhaust hose for kinks or blockages and ensure a tight connection to the exhaust port and window/door gap. |
| LED lights not working. | Light switch off; loose connection; LED failure. | Ensure light switch is ON. Check for loose wiring. If problem persists, contact customer support. |
| Exhaust hose detaches easily. | Loose connection at exhaust port. | Ensure the hose is fully and securely attached to the exhaust port. Consider using additional securing methods if necessary (e.g., tape, clamp) to reinforce the connection. |
