1. Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions and warnings before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or injury.

• Do not use while sleeping.
• Do not use on infants, children, incapacitated individuals, or persons insensitive to heat.
• Do not use on areas of the body that are swollen, inflamed, or have skin lesions.
• Never use pins or other metallic objects to fasten the pad.
• Do not sit on, crush, or fold the pad sharply during use.
• Always disconnect the heating pad from the electrical outlet when not in use.
• Inspect the product regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If damaged, discontinue use immediately.
• The upgraded PTC/NTC heating wire design and double-layer flame-retardant cotton enhance safety and facilitate rapid, uniform heat dispersion.
• Keep out of reach of children.

3. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack the heating pad and controller from the packaging.
2. Ensure the connector on the heating pad is securely plugged into the controller.
3. Plug the power cord of the controller into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
4. Place the heating pad on the desired area of your body.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. 12"x24" Body Heating Pad Operation

1. Press the power button on the controller to turn on the heating pad.
2. Press the temperature button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 heat levels (Low 1-2, Medium 3-4, High 5-6). The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
3. The pad will automatically shut off after 2 hours of continuous use.
4. To turn off manually, press the power button again.

4.2. Neck and Shoulder Heating Pad Operation

1. Press the power button to turn on the heating pad. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Use the temperature adjustment button to select one of the 9 heat settings. The current level will be shown on the display.
3. Use the timer adjustment button to select an auto-off time from 0.5H, 1H, 1.5H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, or 9H. The selected time will be displayed.
4. The pad will automatically shut off after the selected time has elapsed.
5. To turn off manually, press the power button again.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Both Comfytemp heating pads are machine washable for easy care.

5.1. Washing Instructions

1. Ensure the heating pad is completely unplugged from the electrical outlet and the controller is detached from the pad.
2. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water (below 104°F / 40°C).
3. Do not bleach.
4. Do not iron.
5. Do not dry-clean.
6. Hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and plugging it in.

6. Troubleshooting

If your Comfytemp heating pad is not functioning as expected, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:

• Pad not heating:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
  • Verify that the controller is firmly connected to the heating pad.
  • Press the power button on the controller to ensure it is turned on.
  • Check if the auto-off timer has expired.
• Controller display not working (Neck/Shoulder Pad):
  • Ensure the power cord is plugged in and the power button is pressed.
  • If the issue persists, try plugging into a different outlet.
• Pad feels too hot or not hot enough:
  • Adjust the heat setting on the controller to a more comfortable level.
  • Ensure the pad is not folded or bunched up, which can concentrate heat.
• Automatic shut-off not working:
  • If the auto-off feature is not functioning, discontinue use and contact customer support.
