- Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, clean, and stable surface for assembly. Ensure you have enough space to maneuver the panels.
- Identify Panels: Lay out all the panels and identify the front, back, side, and bottom pieces. Refer to the included assembly instructions for specific part labels (e.g., A, B, C).
- Assemble Side Panels: Connect the side panels to the front and back panels by aligning the tabs and slots. Apply firm, even pressure to snap them securely into place. Ensure all connections are tight.

6. Maintenance
To ensure your Devoko Deck Box remains in excellent condition and provides long-lasting service, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners that could damage the resin material.
- Interior Cleaning: The interior can be easily hosed out if necessary. Ensure the box is completely dry before storing items to prevent mold or mildew.
- Weather Protection: The deck box is designed to be waterproof and UV-resistant. However, for prolonged periods of extreme weather, consider placing it under a covered area to further extend its lifespan.
- Cushion Care: The cushion features a removable cover for easy cleaning. Follow the care instructions on the cushion label. Store the cushion indoors during heavy rain or winter months to preserve its quality.
7. Troubleshooting
- Lid not closing properly: Check for any obstructions around the hinges or inside the box. Ensure the box is on a level surface.
- Water inside the box: Verify that the lid is fully closed and sealed. Inspect the seams for any damage. Ensure the box is not placed in an area where water can pool excessively around its base.
- Difficulty moving the box: Ensure the box is empty or contains only lightweight items before attempting to move it using the side handles.
