4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB cable.
3. The LED display on the charging case will show the battery level during charging. A full charge typically takes 1.5 hours for the earbuds.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

1. First-time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Touch Controls

The earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls for various functions:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
• Volume Up: Press and hold the right earbud.

5.2 Mono Mode

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.

  • Forget the device "HEEARWI31" in your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-initiate pairing mode.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. This should reset their connection.
  • Check if the earbud is in mono mode.
• Low volume or poor sound quality:
  • Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
  • Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
