4.2. Wall Post Installation

  1. Place the wall post against the wall, ensuring it is approximately 29.7mm from the edge of the shower opening. Use a level to ensure it is perfectly vertical.
  2. Mark the drill holes on the wall using a pencil through the pre-drilled holes in the wall post.
  3. Use a 6mm drill bit to drill holes at the marked locations.
  4. Insert the wall plugs into the drilled holes, tapping gently with a hammer until flush with the wall surface.
  5. Fasten the wall post to the wall using the provided ST4x35 screws.

4.3. Glass Panel and Rail Assembly

  1. Insert the magnetic strip into the wall post.
  2. Carefully slide the fixed glass panel into the wall post, leaving a 0-20mm space. Use the provided strip to push it into the gap.
  3. Install the wall bracket onto the wall post using ST5x35 screws. Connect the top rail to the wall bracket and tighten with the 3mm allen key.
  4. Hang the exterior fixed door panel onto the top rail from the outside of the shower. Tighten the fasteners using the allen key.
  5. Place the bottom guide next to the exterior fixed door panel and mark the floor with a pencil. Drill a 6mm hole and insert a wall plug. Fasten the bottom guide with an ST4x25 screw.
  6. Hang the interior door panel onto the top rail from the inside of the shower. Install the rollers using the wrench.
  7. Ensure both glass panels are perpendicular to the floor. If not, adjust the rollers using the wrench until they are.
  8. Install the remaining part of the pulley system.
  9. Install the stopper using the ST4x12 screw.

4.4. Final Touches

  1. Cut the bottom rail and shower door bottom strip according to the position of the bottom guide to the wall. Push the shower door bottom strip into the bottom rail.
  2. Apply glass glue to the bottom of the bottom rail and place it in front of the glass panel.
  3. Install the door handle as illustrated.
  4. Cut the shower door side seal according to the top rail position and install it to the glass panel. Do not touch the top rail after cutting.
  5. Apply caulking sealant to all joints and seams where water might escape. Ensure a continuous, watertight seal.

Allow the sealant to cure for at least 24 hours before using the shower to ensure a proper seal.
