  1. Mark the desired mounting points on the wall according to the provided template or dimensions. Ensure the points are level.
  2. Drill holes at the marked points and insert appropriate wall plugs (if necessary, depending on wall material).
  3. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using screws.
  4. Carefully hang the convector heater onto the mounting bracket, ensuring it is securely seated.
  5. Ensure the heater is firmly attached to the wall and cannot be easily dislodged.

3.3 Power Connection

Once mounted, plug the heater into a suitable 240V electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible and not overloaded.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The heater can be operated using the integrated control panel located on the side of the unit or via the CREATE app.

4.2 Basic Operation

  1. Press the Power Button (⏻) to turn the heater ON. The display will show the current room temperature.
  2. Use the Temperature Up (+) and Temperature Down (-) buttons to set your desired temperature. The heater will automatically adjust its output to reach and maintain this temperature.
  3. Press the Mode Button (☰) to select a heating mode. Refer to the display for the active mode.
  4. To turn the heater OFF, press the Power Button (⏻) again.

4.3 WiFi Connectivity and App Control

The CREATE Warm Clear 2000W can be controlled remotely via the CREATE app on your smartphone.

  1. Download the 'CREATE' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).

4.4 Open Window Detection

This feature helps save energy. If the heater detects a sudden drop in room temperature, indicating an open window or door, it will automatically pause heating to prevent energy waste. Heating will resume once the temperature stabilizes or the window/door is closed.

The heater is equipped with an internal safety device that automatically switches off the unit in case of overheating. If this occurs, unplug the heater, allow it to cool down, and check for any obstructions to the air inlets or outlets before restarting.
