Product Overview
The YASHE QF-150 pasta maker includes the following components:
- Pasta Roller Unit (main body)
- Detachable Noodle Cutter (for spaghetti and fettuccine)
- Hand Crank
- Fixing Clamp
- Cleaning Brush
- Cleaning Rag

Setup
- Attach the Clamp: Position the pasta maker on a clean, stable countertop. Insert the fixing clamp into the designated hole on the base of the machine. Tighten the clamp securely to the edge of your table or counter (suitable for thicknesses of 1.4-2.7 inches) to prevent any movement during operation.
- Insert the Hand Crank: The hand crank can be inserted into two different locations:
- For rolling pasta sheets: Insert the hand crank into the larger hole on the side of the main pasta roller unit.
- For cutting noodles: Insert the hand crank into the hole on the side of the detachable noodle cutter.
- Prepare the Dough: Ensure your pasta dough is well-kneaded and lightly floured before beginning.

Operating Instructions
- Rolling Pasta Sheets:
- Insert the hand crank into the main roller unit.
- Adjust the thickness setting knob on the side. The machine offers 9 settings, ranging from 0.3mm (thinnest) to 3mm (thickest). Start with a thicker setting (e.g., 7 or 9) and gradually decrease it.
- Feed a small, flattened piece of dough through the rollers while turning the hand crank. Fold the dough in half, lightly flour, and repeat the process several times on the same thickness setting until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Gradually reduce the thickness setting, passing the dough through each setting until you reach your desired pasta sheet thickness.
- Cutting Noodles:
- Remove the hand crank from the main roller unit and insert it into the noodle cutter attachment.
- The noodle cutter has two widths: 2mm for thin pasta (spaghetti) and 6.5mm for wide pasta (fettuccine).
- Feed the rolled pasta sheet through the desired cutting width while turning the hand crank. Support the emerging noodles to prevent tearing.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your pasta maker.
- Do Not Wash with Water: The YASHE QF-150 is not dishwasher safe and should not be immersed in water. Water can damage the internal mechanisms and lead to rust.
- Immediate Cleaning: Clean the machine immediately after each use, before dough residue hardens.
- Use Brush and Cloth: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any dry dough particles from the rollers and cutters. Use the cleaning rag to wipe down the exterior of the machine.
- Air Dry: Allow all parts to air dry completely before storing.
- Storage: Store the pasta maker in a dry place. The detachable cutter can be separated for compact storage.

Troubleshooting
- Dough Sticking: If dough sticks to the rollers, ensure it is not too wet. Lightly dust the dough and rollers with flour.
- Uneven Sheets: If pasta sheets are uneven, fold the dough and pass it through the widest setting several times until it becomes uniform before gradually reducing the thickness.
- Machine Wobbles: Ensure the fixing clamp is securely tightened to a stable surface.
- Difficulty Turning Crank: If the crank is hard to turn, the dough might be too thick for the current setting. Adjust to a wider setting or ensure the dough is properly kneaded.
