1. Introduction

3. Setup

3.1. SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation

The KXD A10 supports dual SIM cards and a Micro SD card for expandable storage up to 256GB. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.

  1. Power off the device before inserting or removing SIM/SD cards.
  2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the SIM tray.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
  4. Carefully reinsert the SIM tray into the phone.

3.2. Initial Power On and Basic Configuration

  1. Press and hold the Power button until the KXD logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
  3. Configure security features such as Face ID or fingerprint unlock during the initial setup or later in the settings.

4.1. Display and Navigation

The KXD A10 features a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Navigate the interface using touch gestures.

The KXD A10 supports 4G FDD (B2/B4/B5/B7/B12/B28A/B), 3G WCDMA (B2/B5), and 2G GSM (850/900/1800) networks. It is compatible with GSM carriers such as T-Mobile, Speedtalk, and Mint Mobile. It is not compatible with CDMA carriers like AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Verizon, Straight Talk, or U.S. Cellular. Bluetooth connectivity is also available.

5. Maintenance

5.1. General Care

  • Keep the device clean using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Protect the screen with the included screen protector and the device body with the TPU case.
  • Avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture.
