1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

• Always place the wax melter on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure the power supply matches the device's requirements (AC 120V).
• Do not operate the device without wax inside. Always add at least 10% (200g/200ml) of wax before turning it on to prevent damage.
• Keep hands and foreign objects away from the heating element and hot wax.

3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: the main unit, lid, spout, and any included accessories (e.g., wrench, gaskets).
2. Spout Installation:
   • Locate the spout and the corresponding opening on the front of the melter.
   • Ensure the rubber gasket is properly seated on the spout's threaded end.
   • Insert the spout into the opening and hand-tighten the nut from the inside of the pot.
   • Use the provided wrench to securely tighten the nut, ensuring no leaks. Do not overtighten.
   • Confirm the spout's lever operates smoothly to open and close the wax flow.

3. Placement: Place the assembled wax melter on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Add Wax: Open the lid and add your desired amount of wax flakes or blocks into the inner pot. Ensure the wax level is above the minimum fill line (at least 10% or 200g/200ml) to prevent dry heating. The melter has a 4L capacity, comfortably holding about 3.3 lbs of wax.
2. Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded AC 120V outlet. Turn on the power switch located at the back of the unit. The red indicator light will illuminate.
3. Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature control dial to your desired melting temperature. The dial shows both Celsius (50°C to 100°C) and Fahrenheit (122°F to 212°F) settings. The green indicator light will turn on when the heating element is active.

4. Melting Process: The wax will begin to melt. For optimal results and even melting, stir the wax periodically. The melter can melt 3 lbs of wax in less than 20 minutes at 212°F.

5. Pouring Wax: Once the wax is fully melted and at the desired temperature, place your candle container or mold directly under the spout. Open the spout lever to release the melted wax. The unique bottom-drain design ensures up to 98% of the wax can be drained easily.

6. Maintaining Temperature: After pouring, you can adjust the temperature dial to a lower setting (e.g., 50°C/122°F) to keep the remaining wax warm for subsequent pours.
7. Power Off: When finished, turn the temperature dial to "OFF" and switch off the main power switch. Unplug the device from the outlet.

5. Maintenance

1. Cool Down: Allow the wax melter to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Empty Remaining Wax: Ensure as much wax as possible is drained through the spout. For any residual wax, allow it to solidify and then gently scrape it out using a non-abrasive tool.
3. Cleaning the Pot: Wipe the interior of the stainless steel pot with a soft cloth. For stubborn residue, use a small amount of rubbing alcohol or a wax cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the surface.

4. Cleaning the Spout: If the spout becomes clogged, gently heat it with a heat gun or hairdryer to melt any solidified wax, then open the valve to clear it. Ensure the spout is clean after each use to prevent blockages.
5. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
6. Storage: Store the clean and dry wax melter in a cool, dry place.
