- Connecting to an ESC:

Use a USB Type-C cable to connect the Program Box Pro to a Windows-based computer. Download and install the Hobbywing USB Link program from the official Hobbywing website. This allows for advanced parameter adjustments and firmware updates via the PC software. Please note that Mac operating systems are not officially supported for direct USB connection.
- Battery Voltage Check:
The Program Box Pro includes a built-in LiPo checker. Insert the balance lead of your 1-8S LiPo battery into the designated 'Battery Check' port on the side of the device to view individual cell voltages.

- System Settings: Configure the Program Box itself, including language, screen brightness, sound (on/off), device information, and factory reset.
5.2. Using the HW Link V2 App (Bluetooth)
The built-in Bluetooth module allows for wireless control and updates via the HW Link V2 smartphone application. This provides a convenient way to manage your ESC settings on the go.
- Download the App: Ensure you have the latest HW Link V2 app installed on your smartphone (available for iOS and Android).
- Connect: Power on the Program Box Pro and your ESC. Open the HW Link V2 app and search for the device. The default password for initial connection is '888888'.
- Adjust Parameters: Once connected, you can access and modify all ESC parameters directly from your smartphone.
- Firmware Update: The app also facilitates firmware updates for both the ESC and the Program Box Pro itself. Navigate to 'Settings' within the app, then 'Setting of the Bluetooth Module' to find the 'Firmware Update' option for the Program Box.
