- To defrost the freezer:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Remove all frozen food and wrap it in newspaper to keep it cold.
- Leave the freezer door open. Place towels on the floor to absorb melting water.
- Do not use sharp objects or heating devices to speed up defrosting.
- Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly before plugging the appliance back in and returning food.
6.4 LED Interior Lighting:

7. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, please check the following common issues:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not operate. | No power supply; power cord not plugged in; fuse blown. | Check power connection; check household fuse. |
| Temperature is not cold enough. | Door not closed properly; frequent door opening; warm food placed inside; thermostat setting too high; poor ventilation. | Ensure door is sealed; avoid frequent opening; allow hot food to cool before storing; adjust thermostat to a colder setting; ensure adequate clearance for ventilation. |
| Unusual noises. | Appliance not level; objects touching the back wall; normal operating sounds (e.g., refrigerant flow, compressor). | Adjust leveling feet; ensure nothing is touching the appliance; normal sounds are not a fault. |
| Water on the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. | Drain hole for defrost water is blocked. | Clear the drain hole with a small, soft tool (e.g., pipe cleaner). |
If the problem persists after checking these points, please contact customer support.
