3. Safety Information

Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that can be fatal. This detector is designed to alert you to the presence of CO, but it is not a substitute for proper ventilation and maintenance of fuel-burning appliances. Always follow local safety guidelines and regulations.

• Placement: Position the detector where CO is most likely to be present, such as near fuel-burning appliances or in sleeping areas. For portable use, keep it within your breathing zone.
• Alarm Response: If the alarm sounds, immediately move to fresh air, call emergency services, and do not re-enter the area until it has been deemed safe by professionals.

4. Setup
