3. Setup Guide
3.1 Attaching Your Camera
- For Cameras with 1/4-inch Thread (e.g., Insta360): Locate the 1/4-inch screw at the top of the selfie stick. Align your camera's 1/4-inch thread with the screw and rotate clockwise until securely fastened.
- For Cameras with GoPro Mount (e.g., GoPro, DJI Action): Attach the provided GoPro adapter to the 1/4-inch screw at the top of the selfie stick. Secure the adapter by tightening the knurled knob. Then, attach your GoPro or DJI Action camera to the adapter using its standard mounting screw.

3.2 Extending and Retracting the Pole
- To Extend: Hold the base of the selfie stick firmly. Gently pull each section outwards until it reaches the desired length. The tensioned design ensures each section locks securely into place.
- To Retract: Push each section back into the main body of the stick. Ensure all sections are fully retracted for compact storage.

The selfie stick offers 6 levels of adjustment, allowing for lengths from 29cm (11.4 inches) to 153cm (60 inches).

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 General Usage
Once your camera is securely attached, hold the silicone handle for a comfortable and firm grip. Extend the pole to your desired length to capture wider angles or elevated shots. Ensure the camera is properly oriented for your intended shot.

4.2 Invisible Selfie Stick Effect (for Insta360 Cameras)
When used with Insta360 panoramic cameras, this selfie stick is designed to be automatically removed from the footage by the camera's software, creating an "invisible" effect. This allows for drone-like perspectives without the need for a drone.

4.3 Tripod Mounting
The bottom of the extension pole features a 1/4-inch connector, allowing it to be mounted onto a compatible tripod or stand for stationary shots or added stability.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the selfie stick with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove dust, dirt, or moisture. For stubborn grime, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.
- Storage: Store the selfie stick in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure it is fully retracted before storage to protect the extension mechanisms.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections and extension sections for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure the 1/4-inch screws are tight and the pole extends and retracts smoothly.

6. Troubleshooting
- Pole does not extend/retract smoothly: Ensure no dirt or debris is lodged in the sections. Clean the pole as described in the Maintenance section. Do not force the sections.
- Camera feels loose: Double-check that the 1/4-inch screw or GoPro adapter is fully tightened. Ensure the camera's mounting point is not stripped or damaged.
- Excessive shaking when extended: While the pole is designed for stability, extreme lengths or windy conditions can cause some movement. Ensure all sections are fully extended and locked. For maximum stability, consider using a tripod with the 1/4-inch bottom connector.
