2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, waterproof surface at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and appliances.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Placement: Position the humidifier in the desired location, ensuring it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) from walls, furniture, and electronics. Avoid placing it directly under vents or near heat sources.
  3. Fill Water Tank: Open the top cover. Pour clean, cool tap water directly into the water tank. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to minimize mineral dust.
  4. Add Essential Oils (Optional): Open the essential oil tray located on the side or back of the unit. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad. Close the tray securely. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The humidifier will enter standby mode.

5.1 Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the Power button (Power icon) to turn the humidifier on or off. The display will illuminate when on.
  • Mist Speed Adjustment: Press the Mist button (Mist icon) repeatedly to cycle through 3 mist output levels (Low, Medium, High).
  • 360° Nozzle: Manually rotate the mist nozzle on top of the unit to direct the mist in any desired direction.

5.2 Advanced Features

  • AI Mode (Automatic Humidity Control): Press the AI Mode button (AI icon) to activate. The humidifier will automatically adjust mist output to maintain a comfortable humidity level between 40% and 90% Relative Humidity (RH). The display will show the current humidity.
  • Timer Function: Press the Timer button (Timer icon) repeatedly to set an operating time from 1 to 24 hours. The humidifier will automatically turn off when the set time expires.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. Always unplug the humidifier before cleaning.

6.1 Daily Maintenance

  • Empty and rinse the water tank daily.
  • Wipe the inside of the water tank and the base with a clean, damp cloth.
  • Refill with fresh, cool water.

6.2 Weekly Maintenance (Descaling)

Mineral deposits (white dust) can accumulate on the transducer and inside the tank. Follow these steps to descale:

  1. Unplug the humidifier.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
  3. Pour 1 cup (240ml) of undiluted white vinegar into the water tank and into the base reservoir, ensuring it covers the ultrasonic transducer.
  4. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently clean the transducer and the inside of the tank to remove mineral buildup.
  6. Rinse the tank and base thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
  7. Wipe the essential oil tray clean with a damp cloth.

6.3 Storage

When storing the humidifier for an extended period:

  • Clean and descale the unit as per weekly maintenance instructions.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
