4. Setup and Initial Use
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the Arkfeld Pro flashlight. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the tail of the flashlight and a USB power source. The battery indicator lights will illuminate during charging.

4.2 Battery Level Indicator
The Arkfeld Pro features a five-level battery indicator to show the remaining power. Refer to the diagram below for interpretation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection
The Arkfeld Pro utilizes an intuitive circular selector for primary control. Rotate the selector to choose between White Light, UV Light, and Green Beam modes. Press the central button to activate or deactivate the selected light source.

5.2 White Light Operation
When the circular selector is set to white light, press the central button to turn the flashlight on or off. Hold the button to cycle through brightness levels (Moon, Low, Medium, High). Double-press for Turbo mode. Triple-press for Strobe mode.

5.3 Green Beam Operation
With the selector on the green beam setting, press the central button to activate the green laser. This 5mW Class 3R beam is suitable for pointing, presentations, or outdoor signaling.

5.4 UV Light Operation
Select the UV light mode with the circular selector, then press the central button to activate the 365nm UV light. This high-intensity UV light is effective for detecting fluorescent materials, stains, or verifying documents.

5.5 Lockout Function
To prevent accidental activation, the Arkfeld Pro features a lockout function. To lock or unlock the device, press and hold the central button for more than 1 second. The red power indicator will briefly light up when in lockout mode or when the battery is below 10%.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. For optical surfaces, use a lens cleaning cloth to avoid scratches. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
6.2 Charging
Recharge the flashlight when the battery indicator shows low power. Use only the provided magnetic charging cable. Ensure the charging port is clean and dry before connecting the cable.
6.3 Storage
Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% to prolong its lifespan.

7.1 Flashlight Not Turning On
- Check Lockout Mode: If the flashlight does not turn on after charging, it might be in lockout mode. Press and hold the central button for more than 1 second to unlock it.
- Check Battery Level: Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Refer to the battery indicator section.
7.2 Dim Light Output
- Battery Level: Low battery can result in reduced brightness. Recharge the device.
- Lens Cleanliness: A dirty lens can obstruct light output. Clean the lens carefully.
