2. Safety Information

2.1 Laser Safety

This device utilizes a Class 2 laser. Adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Laser Wavelength: 500-690nm
  • Laser Power: <1mw
  • Avoid direct eye exposure to the laser beam. Brief exposure (up to 0.25 seconds) is generally safe due to eyelid reflexes, but prolonged exposure can be hazardous to your eyes.
  • Do not operate the laser around children or allow children to operate the laser.

2.2 Dust Safety

The drill dust collector is designed to mitigate health risks associated with drilling dust inhalation. However, always take precautions:

  • Ensure the dust collection box is properly attached and sealed before drilling.
  • Empty the dust collection box regularly to maintain optimal performance.
  • In environments with high dust generation, consider wearing additional respiratory protection.

5.2 Electronic Vacuum Suction Cup & Wall Mount

The electronic vacuum suction cups on the back of the device provide a powerful 55000pa suction force, allowing the tool to securely attach to various smooth wall surfaces without the need for nails. This includes wooden, glass, lime plaster, ceramic tile, and cement walls.

  • To Attach: Press the device firmly against the desired surface and activate the suction using the Air Suction Key (component 6). The air pressure monitoring indicators (component 5) will show the suction status.
  • Stronger Suction: For rough concrete walls, double-click the right-side power button to activate a stronger suction mode.
  • Load Capacity: The wall support bracket can hold items weighing up to 5KG (11lb).
  • Versatile Bracket: The included wall support bracket features standard 1/4"-20 mounting threads, compatible with various tools like other laser levels, rangefinders, or cameras.

5.3 Drill Dust Collector

The integrated drill dust collector efficiently captures debris during drilling, preventing dust from spreading and protecting your health. The transparent view cover allows you to monitor dust capacity.

  • Max Drill Diameter: Accommodates drills with a diameter of up to 13mm.
  • Operation: Position the drill bit through the drill hole (component 1) and begin drilling. The dust will be collected in the large capacity dust box (component 2).

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Dust Collection Box

To remove the dust collection box (component 2), press the button for removing the dust box (component 3). Empty the collected debris and clean the box as needed. Ensure it is securely reattached before further use.

6.2 General Cleaning

Wipe the tool with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the device or its laser components.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Low Battery / Insufficient Suction Warning

The status indicator light (component 4 for battery, component 5 for air pressure) continuously updates the battery and suction status. If the battery is low or suction is insufficient, the device will emit a beeping warning sound. Recharge the battery or re-adjust the device on the surface to ensure adequate suction.

7.2 Suction Cup Not Adhering

If there are significant gaps or very rough textures on the wall surface, the electronic suction cup may not adhere securely. Try to find a smoother, flatter area for attachment. For rough concrete walls, remember to double-click the right-side power button for stronger suction.
