4. Setup
4.1 Mounting Options
The SYLVOX RV TV offers flexible mounting solutions:
- Tabletop Placement: Attach the provided base to the bottom of the TV using the included screws. Ensure the base is securely fastened before placing the TV on a stable, flat surface.
- Wall Mounting: The TV is compatible with standard VESA wall mounts (not included). Use the column bracket and screws as indicated in the wall mount instructions. Ensure the wall mount is suitable for the TV's weight and the mounting surface can support it, especially in a moving vehicle.
4.2 Power Connection
The TV can be powered by 12V DC or standard AC power.
- For 12V DC (RV/Caravan Use): Connect the provided car charger cable to the 12V DC input port on the TV and plug the other end into your vehicle's 12V power outlet.
- For AC Power (Home Use): Connect the AC adapter to the TV's power input, then connect the appropriate power cord to the AC adapter and plug it into a standard wall outlet.
Note: Always ensure the correct power source is used to prevent damage to the TV.
4.3 Antenna/Satellite Connection
To receive broadcast channels, connect your antenna or satellite dish cable to the "DVB-C/T2/S2" input port on the TV.
4.4 Connecting External Devices
- HDMI: Connect devices like game consoles, laptops, or streaming sticks to the HDMI ports.
- USB: Insert a USB drive into the USB port to play media files (photos, music, videos).
- AV IN (MINI): Use the provided adapter cable to connect older devices with AV outputs.
- Earphone: Connect headphones for private listening.
- COAXIAL: For digital audio output to an external sound system.
4.5 Initial Power On
After connecting power and any desired inputs, press the Power button on the TV or remote control. Follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including language selection and channel scanning.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic TV Functions
- Power On/Off: Press the POWER button on the remote or TV.
- Channel Selection: Use CH+/- buttons or number pad on the remote.
- Volume Control: Use VOL+/- buttons on the remote.
- Mute: Press the MUTE button to silence the audio.
- Input Source: Press the SOURCE or INPUT button to select between TV, HDMI, AV, USB, or DVD.
5.2 Menu Navigation
Press the MENU button on the remote to access the main menu. Use the arrow keys (UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT) to navigate and OK/ENTER to confirm selections. Press EXIT or MENU again to close the menu.
5.3 Tuner Operation (DVB-C/T2/S2)

5.4 DVD Player Operation
Insert a DVD disc into the slot on the side of the TV. The TV will automatically switch to DVD mode. Use the DVD control buttons on the remote (Play, Pause, Stop, Fast Forward, Rewind, Next/Previous Track) to manage playback.
