Maintenance
Battery Replacement
When the battery indicator on the keypad shows low power, replace all four AA batteries promptly. Always use new, high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance.
Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. For the keypad and fingerprint scanner, use a dry, lint-free cloth.
Deleting Fingerprints
To delete existing fingerprints, follow the instructions in the User Manual. This process typically involves pressing a reset button inside the safe and then confirming the deletion. Note that this process only removes fingerprint data and does not affect the password.

Troubleshooting
Safe Not Opening with Fingerprint/Password
- Ensure batteries are not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Verify correct fingerprint placement and try scanning from different angles.
- Double-check the entered password for accuracy.
- If multiple failed attempts occur, the safe may temporarily lock out. Wait for the lockout period to expire.
Emergency Power (Type-C Cable)
If the safe's batteries are completely dead or you are locked out, you can use a Type-C USB cable (included) to provide temporary power to the keypad. Connect the cable to the Type-C port on the keypad and a power source (e.g., power bank, USB charger). Once the keypad lights up, you can use your fingerprint or password to unlock the safe. Note: The emergency port only provides power for unlocking and does not charge the internal batteries.
