Setup
1. Battery Installation
Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer. Insert 4 new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the cover securely to maintain the waterproof seal. Do not use rechargeable batteries.

2. Connecting to the Faucet
Ensure the metal filter and a sealing gasket are properly seated in the timer's inlet. Wrap the PTFE tape around your outdoor faucet's threads. Screw the timer onto the faucet by hand until it is snug. Do not use tools, as this may overtighten and damage the connection.

3. Connecting Hoses
Attach your garden hoses to the three independent outlets at the bottom of the programmer. Ensure each connection is tight to prevent leaks. It is recommended to install the unit horizontally to prevent water leakage.

Operating Instructions
The Diivoo irrigation programmer features a large LCD screen and an intuitive dial for easy programming.

1. Setting the Current Time (SET CLOCK)
- Turn the dial to SET CLOCK.
- Use the + and - buttons to adjust the current hour and minute.
- Press OK to confirm and move to the next setting.
2. Programming Watering Schedules (START TIME, HOW LONG, HOW OFTEN)
The programmer has 3 independent zones. You can set a unique schedule for each zone.

a. Select Zone
- Turn the dial to any programming mode (START TIME, HOW LONG, HOW OFTEN).
- Press the ZONE button to cycle through Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3. The selected zone will be highlighted on the LCD.
b. Set Start Time (START TIME)
- Turn the dial to START TIME.
- Use the + and - buttons to set the desired watering start time for the selected zone.
- Press OK to confirm.
c. Set Watering Duration (HOW LONG)
- Turn the dial to HOW LONG.
- Use the + and - buttons to set the watering duration from 0 to 240 minutes for the selected zone.
- Press OK to confirm.
d. Set Watering Frequency (HOW OFTEN)
- Turn the dial to HOW OFTEN.
- Use the + and - buttons to select the watering frequency: every 6 hours, every 12 hours, or every 1 to 7 days for the selected zone.
- Press OK to confirm.

3. Manual Watering Mode (MANUAL)
This mode allows you to water immediately without interrupting your programmed schedules.
- Turn the dial to AUTO.
- Press and hold the MANUAL button (often labeled with a triangle or OK) for a few seconds until the manual watering option appears.
- Use the + and - buttons to set the desired manual watering duration (0 to 240 minutes).
- Press OK to start manual watering.
- To stop manual watering, press OK again or turn the dial to OFF.

4. Rain Delay Function (DELAY)
The rain delay function allows you to pause your watering schedule for a specified period, preventing overwatering during rainy weather.
- Turn the dial to AUTO.
- Press and hold the DELAY button for a few seconds.
- Use the + and - buttons to set the desired delay duration (1 to 7 days).
- Press OK to activate the rain delay. The timer will resume its programmed schedule after the delay period ends.

5. Turning Off the Timer (OFF)
To stop all watering programs and manual operations, turn the dial to OFF.
Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the LCD screen. Always use new AA alkaline batteries.
- Filter Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the metal filter at the inlet to prevent debris from clogging the timer.
- Winter Storage: Before the first frost, remove the timer from the faucet, drain any remaining water, and store it indoors in a dry, frost-free location. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods.
- Leak Prevention: Ensure all connections are tight and sealing gaskets are in good condition to prevent leaks. Replace worn gaskets as needed.
