Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this product. Follow these general steps. Refer to the included graphical instructions for detailed visual guidance.

1. Attach Castors to Base: Insert the twin safety castors into the openings on the polished aluminum cross base until they click securely into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled cross base.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Secure the synchronous mechanism to the underside of the padded seat using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism aligns with the front of the seat.
4. Attach Backrest: Connect the ergonomic backrest to the seat mechanism.
5. Attach Armrests: Fasten the O2 armrests to the seat mechanism. Ensure the Softpad cushions are correctly oriented.
6. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

Operating Instructions

The Topstar Sitness Airwork chair offers various adjustment options to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.

• Seat Height Adjustment: Locate the lever on the right side under the seat. Pull the lever up to raise the seat. To lower, pull the lever up while seated. Release the lever at the desired height. This adjustment is continuous.
• Seat Depth Adjustment: The chair features an integrated seat depth adjustment. Use the control mechanism, typically a lever or button, located under the seat to slide the seat forward or backward, adapting to your body size.
• Backrest Inclination and Lock: The ergonomic backrest can be locked in 4 inclination levels. Use the lever on the left side under the seat to adjust the angle. Recline to your desired position and push the lever down to lock. Pull up to unlock and allow movement.
• Lumbar Support Adjustment: The height-adjustable lumbar support is integrated into the backrest. Adjust its position vertically to provide optimal support for your lower back.
• Armrest Adjustment (O2 Armrests): The O2 armrests are adjustable in both height and width. Use the buttons or levers on the armrests to raise or lower them, and to slide them inwards or outwards for comfortable arm positioning.
• Synchronous Mechanism with Weight Adjustment: The synchronous mechanism automatically adapts the spring force to the user's body weight. For fine-tuning, a rotary crank is available to precisely adjust the spring tension, allowing for a balanced recline.
