Setup
Before first use, follow these steps:

Operating Instructions
Control Panel
The digital control panel allows you to easily set cooking parameters:
- Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off and starts/pauses cooking.
- Temperature Control: Use '+' and '-' buttons to adjust temperature.
- Time Control: Use '+' and '-' buttons to adjust cooking time.

Basic Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients in the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The display will light up.
- Set Time & Temperature: Manually adjust the cooking time and temperature using the respective controls, or select a preset function.
- Start Cooking: Press the Power button to start the cooking process.
- Shake Basket (Optional): For some foods, it is recommended to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning. Pull out the basket, shake, and reinsert. The air fryer will resume cooking.
- Finish Cooking: The air fryer will beep when the set time has elapsed. Carefully pull out the basket and check if the food is cooked to your preference.
- Serve: Use tongs to remove food from the basket. Do not tip the basket directly as excess oil may collect at the bottom.
- Power Off: Unplug the appliance after use.
Cooking Tips
- For crispier results, lightly toss food with a small amount of oil (1-2 tablespoons) before air frying.
- Smaller pieces of food generally require less cooking time than larger pieces.
- Preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food can improve cooking results.
- You can reheat food in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 150°C (300°F) for about 10 minutes.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will extend the life of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Clean Basket & Pan: Remove the frying basket. Wash the basket and any removable accessories in hot soapy water. For stubborn residue, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes. They are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to prolong the non-stick coating.
- Clean Interior: Wipe the inside of the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
