6.1. Food Jamming
The feeder is equipped with an infrared sensor to detect food blockages at the dispenser outlet. If a blockage occurs, the feeder will automatically stop dispensing to prevent food from piling up. Clear any obstructions and ensure the food kibble size is between 2-15mm (0.08-0.6 inches).
