Safety Information
Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the tool and workpiece.
- Ensure the direction switch (clockwise/counter-clockwise) is fully engaged before applying torque to prevent operational errors or tool damage.
- Do not exceed the specified torque range of the wrench (1.8-60Nm) to avoid damaging the tool or the fastener.
- Avoid dropping the tool or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this can affect its accuracy and internal components.
- Keep the tool clean and dry. Do not expose it to excessive moisture or corrosive substances.
- Store the tool in its protective case when not in use to prevent damage.
Package Contents
Verify that all items are present in the package:

Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the handle of the torque wrench.
- Open the cover and insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Attaching Sockets
The wrench features a 3/8 inch drive. To attach a socket:
- Press the push-button on the ratchet head.
- Slide the desired 3/8 inch drive socket onto the square drive until it clicks into place.

2. Unit Selection
Press the U/S button to cycle through the available measurement units:
- N·m (Newton-meters)
- ft·lbf (Foot-pounds)
- in·lbf (Inch-pounds)
- kgf·cm (Kilogram-force centimeters)

Image: Display showing different torque units (N.m, lbf.ft, lbf.in, kgf.cm) that can be selected.
3. Mode Selection
Press the M button to switch between the three measurement modes:
- Track (T) Mode: Displays the real-time torque value as it is applied. When the load is released, the display returns to 0.
- Peak Hold (P) Mode: Captures and displays the maximum torque value applied during the operation. When the load is released, the maximum value remains displayed. A continuous buzzer sound and LED illumination occur when the target torque is reached or exceeded.
- Preset (Pre) Mode: Allows you to set a target torque value. When the load is released, the display returns to 0. A continuous buzzer sound and LED illumination occur when the target torque is reached or exceeded.

4. Setting Target Torque (Preset Mode)
In Preset (Pre) mode, you can set a target torque value:
- Enter Preset (Pre) mode using the M button.
- Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to adjust the target torque value.
- When the applied torque reaches 80% of the target value, a continuous "pipipi" buzzer sound will activate, and the LED will flash.
- When the applied torque reaches or exceeds the target value, a continuous "peeee" buzzer sound will activate, and the LED will illuminate steadily.
- Confirm the digital display to fine-tune the force applied.

5. Data Recording
The wrench can store up to 999 sets of measurement data, which is useful for continuous tightening tasks.
- Refer to the display for the recorded data. Specific instructions for accessing and clearing recorded data are typically found in the full manual.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the wrench with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the wrench in its protective case in a dry, clean environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Calibration: For optimal accuracy, periodic calibration is recommended. The manufacturer suggests calibration at least once a year, or more frequently with heavy use. Contact a specialized department for calibration services.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always use new AAA manganese batteries.
- LCD Protection: The LCD screen comes with a protective film. Peel it off before first use for clear visibility.
- Rust Prevention: The metal parts of the wrench are coated with anti-rust oil. This is normal and helps protect the carbon steel material from rust, especially during shipping or prolonged storage.
Troubleshooting
1. Inaccurate Readings
- Cause: Exceeding the measurement range, deformation of internal mechanical parts, or impact damage.
- Solution: Ensure the wrench is used within its specified range. Avoid dropping or impacting the tool. If accuracy issues persist, professional calibration or repair may be required.
2. Display Issues (e.g., damaged screen)
- Cause: Protective film still on the LCD screen.
- Solution: Gently peel off the protective film from the LCD screen.
3. Metal parts appear dirty
- Cause: Anti-rust oil coating.
- Solution: This is not dirt but a protective anti-rust oil applied to the carbon steel material. It helps prevent rust during shipping and storage.
