Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ORDRO M3 camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body. For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided camera bag for protection when not in use or during transport.
  • Battery Care: Fully charge the battery before extended storage. If storing for a long period, charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its health.
  • Firmware Updates: Periodically check the official ORDRO website for any available firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and bug fixes.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ORDRO M3, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Camera Not Powering On: Ensure the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, try connecting it to a different power source or USB-C cable.
  • Poor Focus/Blurry Images: Check that the lens is clean and free from smudges. Ensure you are within the camera's optimal focusing distance. Adjust focus settings if available.
  • Anti-Shake Not Working: Verify that the anti-shake function is enabled in the settings. Remember it is not supported in vertical screen mode or at certain high frame rate resolutions (4K60fps/1080P120fps/720P 120fps/720P 240fps).
  • Wi-Fi Connection Issues: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on both the camera and your smartphone. Restart both devices and try reconnecting. Check your app for any specific connection instructions.
  • SD Card Errors: Reformat the SD card (this will erase all data, so back up first). Ensure the SD card is properly inserted and is not damaged. Use a high-quality, compatible MicroSD card.
  • Unexpected Shutdowns: Ensure the battery has sufficient charge. If the camera overheats, allow it to cool down before resuming use.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact ORDRO customer support for further assistance.
