Setup

  1. Unpack the Fan: Carefully remove the VOXON USB Desk Fan and its accessories from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the fan on a stable, flat surface. The bottom of the fan is designed with rubber to enhance stability.
  3. Connect Power: Insert the USB-C end of the provided 1.5M USB cable into the fan's power port. Connect the USB-A end to any compatible USB power source, such as a computer USB port, power bank, USB wall adapter, or USB power strip.

    Note: This fan does not come with internal batteries and requires continuous USB power to operate.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment:

The fan features a single button on the front for all operations.

  1. To Power On: Press the button once. The fan will start at the lowest speed.
  2. To Adjust Speed: Repeatedly press the button to cycle through the 5 available speeds: Low, Medium-Low, Medium, High, and Extra-High.
  3. To Power Off: After the Extra-High speed, pressing the button one more time will turn the fan off.

Adjusting Airflow Direction:

The fan head can be manually rotated vertically to direct the airflow.

  • Gently tilt the fan head up or down to achieve the desired angle. The fan supports up to 90° vertical rotation.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your fan.

  1. Power Off and Unplug: Before cleaning, always ensure the fan is turned off and unplugged from its power source.
  2. Remove Front Cover: To clean the fan blades, the front cover is removable. Use your thumbs to twist the front cover counterclockwise until it detaches.
  3. Clean Blades and Cover: Wipe away any dust or debris from the fan blades and the inside of the front cover using a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
  4. Reinstall Front Cover: Align the grooves on the front cover with the fan body and twist clockwise until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the cover is tightened properly to ensure safety during use.

Caution: Do not immerse the fan unit in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting
