1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

The Sekey 220L Beach Wagon requires minimal assembly. It arrives in a compact, folded state.

4.1 Unfolding the Wagon

  1. Place the folded wagon on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Gently pull the sides of the wagon outwards until it fully expands. The frame will click into place.
  3. Insert the removable bottom mat into the base of the wagon to create a stable floor.

4.2 Adjusting the Handle

The wagon features an adjustable handle for comfortable pulling. Locate the locking mechanism on the handle shaft. Press the button or lever to extend or retract the handle to your desired length. Ensure it locks securely in position before use.

5.1 Loading the Wagon

The wagon offers a generous storage space of 36.2" L x 22.4" W x 14.2" H and can hold up to 330 lbs. Distribute weight evenly to maintain stability. Utilize the two mesh cup holders for beverages.

5.2 Maneuvering the Wagon

The wagon features 360-degree swivel wheels and an adjustable handle for excellent maneuverability. The 8-inch diameter, 3-inch wide wheels with anti-slip rubber strips are designed to glide effortlessly over various terrains, including sand.

5.3 Engaging the Brakes

The wagon is equipped with built-in brakes for reliable stopping power. Locate the brake levers on the wheels and press them down to engage. Lift them up to release.

5.4 Folding for Storage

To fold the wagon, remove all contents and the bottom mat. Pull the central strap located in the middle of the wagon floor upwards. The wagon will collapse into a compact size. Secure it with the integrated strap or storage cover if available.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely before folding and storing. The metal frame can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
  • Wheel Care: Periodically check the wheels for debris (sand, dirt, hair) and remove any obstructions. Ensure wheels spin freely.
