Setup
Follow these steps to properly fit your Bose Ultra Open Earbuds:
- Hold the barrel-shaped part of the earbuds so the button is on top and the R (right) or L (left) marking is facing you.
- Place the rounded end of the L-shaped part in your ear; then wrap the barrel around your ear so the barrel rests behind your ear.
- Adjust each earbud so that it sits on your ear at about a 45° angle.
For initial pairing and to unlock full features, download the Bose app on your smartphone. The app provides software updates, personalized sound settings, and access to the latest functionalities.
