3. Assembly Instructions
The Rolanstar bed frame is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary hardware, tools, and a detailed installation manual are included in the package. It is recommended to assemble the bed with two people.
3.1 Preparation
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the included manual.
- Lay out all parts on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Ensure all bolts are initially loose during the initial assembly steps to allow for adjustments, then tighten fully as instructed.
3.2 Key Assembly Features
- Bolt-Free System: The frame utilizes a bolt-free system for certain connections, simplifying the process.
- Noise-Free Design: EVA sponge is integrated to reduce friction between slats and the frame, ensuring a quiet sleep environment.
- Sturdy Slat Support: The bed frame includes 12 durable wooden slats, 2 metal brackets, and 9 support legs for exceptional stability.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Charging Station
The headboard features a built-in charging station for your electronic devices. It includes:
- Two USB ports (5V/2.4A)
- One Type-C port (5V/3A)
Simply plug your device's charging cable into the appropriate port. The charging station is centrally located for easy access.

4.2 Multi-Function RGB LED Light
The bed frame includes an RGB LED light belt. To operate and customize the lighting:
- Mobile App Control: Download the designated mobile application (refer to the included manual for app details and QR code).
- Customization: Use the app to adjust LED color, brightness, various lighting modes, and set timing functions.
- Follow the detailed instructions within the app for setup and personalized atmosphere creation.

4.3 Bookcase Headboard Storage
The headboard provides ample storage space:

5. Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Rolanstar bed frame:
- Cleaning: For general cleaning, wipe surfaces with a damp cloth. Immediately follow with a dry cloth to prevent moisture damage.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners or strong chemical solutions, as these may damage the finish.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Rolanstar bed frame, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Squeaking Noises: Ensure all assembly bolts are fully tightened. Check that the EVA sponge is correctly positioned between the slats and the frame.
- LED Lights Not Working: Verify that the power cord for the LED lights is securely plugged into both the bed frame and a functional power outlet. Check the mobile app settings for brightness and mode.
- Charging Ports Not Functioning: Confirm the bed frame's power cord is connected to a live outlet. Test with different devices and cables to rule out device-specific issues.
