Setup Guide
- Download the MaxiAP DiagApp: Search for "Autel MaxiAP Diag" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install the application on your smartphone.

- Log in to Autel ID: Open the MaxiAP DiagApp and log in with your existing Autel ID. If you do not have an account, you will need to register for one.

- Bind AP2500E to Autel ID: Follow the in-app instructions to bind your AP2500E device to your Autel ID. This may involve scanning a QR code or entering a serial number.

- Connect to Vehicle OBDII Port: Locate the OBDII port in your vehicle (typically under the dashboard on the driver's side). Plug the AP2500E device firmly into the port. The device will power on automatically.

- Add the Vehicle: In the MaxiAP DiagApp, select the option to "Add Vehicle" and follow the prompts to identify your vehicle. The device supports Auto VIN for automatic identification.

Operating Instructions
All-System Diagnostics
The AP2500E provides in-depth scanning for all available vehicle systems, not just basic engine diagnostics. This allows for comprehensive fault code reading and clearing across various modules like Engine, Transmission, ABS, SRS, TPMS, and BMS. This feature helps in quickly identifying and locating problems throughout the vehicle.

Full OBDII Tests
The device performs all 10 OBDII test modes, which are crucial for determining the cause of the check engine light and preparing for emission tests. These tests include:
- Read/Clear Fault Codes: Display and erase Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
- Live Data Stream: View real-time data from the vehicle's sensors in graphical format.
- Freeze Frame: Capture a snapshot of sensor data when a fault occurs.

5 Service Functions
The AP2500E includes five commonly used service functions to assist with routine maintenance and repairs:
- Oil Reset: Reset the engine oil life system after an oil change.
- TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System): Read tire pressure data from the ECU. (Note: This function reads pressure from the ECU and does not perform TPMS sensor relearn procedures.)
- Wiper Replacement: Assist in positioning wipers for replacement.
- BMS (Battery Management System) Reset: Register new battery replacements and reset the BMS.
- EV Battery Diagnostics: For electric vehicles, read battery pack data including SOC, SOH, total voltage, and temperature.

Auto VIN & Graphic Data Display
The device features automatic VIN identification for quick vehicle recognition. It also provides real-time data in graphical displays, making it easier to monitor various parameters like Engine RPM, Vehicle Speed, Air Flow Rate, Engine Coolant Temperature, and Calculated Load Value for effective troubleshooting.
