Safety Instructions
- Read All Instructions: Before assembly and use, carefully read and understand all instructions in this manual.
- Adult Assembly Required: Assembly should be performed by at least two adults due to the size and weight of the components.
- Level Surface: Always place the assembled dog crate on a flat, stable, and level surface to prevent tipping.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Retighten as necessary.
- Pet Supervision: Do not leave pets unsupervised if they are prone to chewing furniture. While the crate features chew-resistant iron tubes, excessive chewing can damage the product and pose a hazard to your pet.

Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires two people due to the size and weight of the components. Follow the steps below carefully.
- Unpack Components: Lay out all wooden panels, iron tube panels, the removable divider, and hardware on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Base Structure: Attach the side wooden panels to the bottom wooden panel using the provided screws and bolts. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Iron Tube Panels: Secure the iron tube side panels and front door panels to the wooden structure. Pay attention to the orientation of the door hinges.
- Install Removable Divider: If you intend to house two medium-sized dogs, insert the removable divider panel into the designated slots in the middle of the crate. This creates two separate compartments. If you have one large dog, you can omit this step for a single, larger space.

- Attach Top Panel: Place the top wooden panel onto the assembled structure and secure it with screws.
- Install Adjustable Feet: Screw the adjustable feet into the bottom corners of the crate. Adjust them to ensure the crate is level and stable on your floor.

- Secure Door Locks: Install the safety door locks and magnetic buckles on the doors as per the instructions in the hardware pack. Test the doors to ensure they open and close smoothly and lock securely.
Operating Instructions
- Door Operation: To open the doors, unlatch the safety lock and pull the door outwards. To close, push the door shut until the magnetic buckle engages and secure the safety lock.
- Using the Divider: The removable divider allows for flexible use.
- Two Compartments: With the divider installed, the crate provides two separate spaces, ideal for housing two medium-sized dogs or for separating a dog from its food/water area.
- Single Large Compartment: To create a single large space for one large dog, carefully remove the divider panel by lifting it out of its slots. Ensure the crate is empty before removing the divider.
- Furniture Functionality: The sturdy top surface can be used as a TV stand, side table, or display area for decorative items. Ensure that items placed on top do not exceed the weight capacity and are stable.
- Adjustable Feet: If the crate wobbles, adjust the individual feet by twisting them until the crate is stable on your floor.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: The wooden surfaces, including the waterproof top, can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish. For the iron tubes, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Spill Management: In case of spills, especially on the wooden base inside the crate, clean immediately to prevent moisture absorption and potential damage.
- Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all screws, bolts, and latches for tightness. Retighten any loose hardware to maintain structural integrity and safety.
- Damage Inspection: Regularly check for any signs of wear, damage, or chewing. If significant damage occurs, discontinue use and consider replacing the affected parts or the entire unit.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Crate is wobbly or unstable. | Uneven floor surface; loose adjustable feet; loose assembly hardware. | Adjust the individual feet until the crate is level and stable. Ensure all assembly screws and bolts are tightened securely. |
| Doors do not close or lock properly. | Misaligned doors; loose hinges; magnetic buckle not engaging; safety latch obstructed. | Check door alignment and adjust if necessary. Tighten hinge screws. Ensure the magnetic buckle and safety latch are free from obstruction and properly installed. |
| Dog is chewing on crate components. | Boredom; anxiety; teething (for puppies). | Provide appropriate chew toys. Ensure your dog has enough exercise and mental stimulation. Consult a veterinarian or dog trainer for behavioral issues. While iron tubes are reinforced, persistent chewing can cause damage. |
| Difficulty installing the removable divider. | Divider not aligned with slots; obstruction in slots. | Ensure the divider is correctly oriented and aligned with the grooves. Clear any debris from the slots. Apply gentle, even pressure. |
