Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes for one person. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included installation manual. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely but do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions

Storage Drawers

The Feonase Queen Bed Frame includes four large storage drawers, two on each side. These drawers are equipped with pulleys for smooth movement and clips for secure positioning. To use, simply pull the drawer out from under the bed. To secure it in place, align the clips with the corresponding points on the bed frame.

Charging Station

The upholstered headboard features a built-in fast charging station. This station includes 2 AC outlets, 1 USB port, and 1 Type-C port. Connect the bed frame's power cord to a wall outlet. You can then charge your electronic devices directly from the headboard. The 20W fast charging ports (Type-C & Type-A) are designed to significantly reduce charging time.

Maintenance and Care

• Upholstery: For general cleaning, gently vacuum the upholstered surfaces. For spills or stains, spot clean immediately with a clean, damp cloth and a mild, pH-neutral fabric cleaner. Blot, do not rub. Allow to air dry completely.
• Frame: Wipe the metal and wooden frame components with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Hardware: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
• Drawers: Keep the drawer wheels free of debris to ensure smooth operation.

Troubleshooting

Noise Issues

If the bed frame produces noise, ensure all assembly bolts are securely tightened. The metal slats are covered with EVA foam to minimize noise, and the Velcro on the base helps secure each slat tightly. Check that no components are loose or rubbing against each other.

Drawers Not Sliding Smoothly

Inspect the drawer wheels for any obstructions or debris. Ensure the drawers are properly aligned within their designated space under the bed. Verify that the clips are not engaged if you are attempting to pull the drawers out.

Charging Ports Not Working

Confirm that the bed frame's main power cord is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet. Test the wall outlet with another device to ensure it is receiving power. If the issue persists, ensure all internal connections within the headboard are secure (refer to assembly steps if necessary).
