4. Setup

4.1. Attaching the Hot Shoe Mount

  1. Screw the hot shoe mount onto the bottom 1/4-inch thread of the monitor.
  2. Slide the hot shoe mount into your camera's hot shoe or a compatible rig.
  3. Tighten the locking ring on the hot shoe mount to secure the monitor in place.

4.2. Installing the Battery

  1. Align the F550 battery with the battery plate on the back of the monitor.
  2. Slide the battery into the plate until it clicks securely into position.
  3. To remove, press the release latch and slide the battery out.

4.3. Connecting Video Sources

  1. Connect one end of the Mini HDMI cable to your camera's HDMI output port.
  2. Connect the other end of the Mini HDMI cable to the HDMI input port on the FW759 monitor.
  3. Alternatively, connect an AV cable to the AV input port for analog video sources.
  4. Use the HDMI plug lock to secure the HDMI cable if desired.

5.1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the Power button located on the front panel to turn the monitor on or off.

5.2. Menu Navigation

  1. Press the MENU button to access the main menu.

  4. To exit the menu, press the MODE button.
