Key Components:
- Self-Feeding Hopper: Large capacity hopper designed to fit whole produce, reducing the need for pre-cutting.
- Low Pulp Chamber: Collects the extracted juice, designed for ultra-low pulp output.
- Pulp Outlet: Discharges the dry pulp after juice extraction.
- Juice Spout: Dispenses the fresh juice into your container.
- Auger (Pressing Screw): Made of Ultem, this component slowly presses and squeezes produce.
- Strainers: Includes fine and coarse strainers made of germ-repellent stainless steel, allowing for pulp level adjustment.
- Motor Base: Houses the quiet AC motor and control button. Constructed from BPA-Free, Impact-Resistant ABS Plastic.
- Removable Power Cord: For easy storage and portability.
4. Setup and Assembly

- Align the juicing chamber onto the motor base and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Insert the desired strainer (fine for less pulp, coarse for more) into the juicing chamber.
- Place the auger (pressing screw) into the center of the strainer, ensuring it sits firmly.
- Attach the self-feeding hopper onto the top of the juicing chamber, aligning the marks and twisting clockwise until it clicks into position.

5. Operating Instructions
Preparing Produce:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Remove any hard seeds, pits, or large stems (e.g., apple stems, mango pits) that could damage the auger.
- For fibrous vegetables like celery or kale, it is recommended to cut them into shorter lengths (approx. 1-2 inches) to prevent clogging.
- The large self-feeding hopper allows for whole fruits and vegetables to be inserted, reducing pre-cutting time.

Figure 5.1: The large self-feeding chamber accommodates whole produce like apples, oranges, and carrots, minimizing preparation time.
Juicing Process:
- Ensure the juice spout cap is closed if you wish to mix juices within the chamber before dispensing.
- Press the "ON" button located on the front of the motor base to start the juicer. The motor operates quietly, producing approximately 55 decibels.
- Slowly feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the self-feeding hopper. The auger will automatically pull the produce down and begin the slow-squeezing process.
- Allow the juicer to process the ingredients at its own pace. Do not force large quantities of produce into the hopper at once.
- Once juicing is complete, open the juice spout cap to dispense the fresh juice into your container. The juice chamber has a capacity of 600ml.
- To ensure all juice is extracted, you may turn the appliance on again briefly after dispensing to clear any remaining liquid from the chamber.
- Press the "OFF" button to stop the juicer.

- Drying: Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing to prevent mold or mildew growth.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
All parts that come into contact with food are made from BPA-free materials, ensuring safety and health.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly; power outage. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Reassemble all parts, ensuring they are locked into place. Check power supply. |
| Excessive vibration or noise. | Improper assembly; hard ingredients causing strain. | Disassemble and reassemble all parts carefully. Ensure produce is cut into appropriate sizes and hard seeds are removed. |
| Pulp is wet. | Too much produce fed at once; certain produce types naturally yield wetter pulp. | Feed produce slowly. Some soft fruits may naturally produce wetter pulp. Consider using the fine strainer for drier pulp. |
| Juice leaks from the base. | Juicing chamber not properly sealed; overfilling. | Ensure the juicing chamber is securely locked onto the motor base. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. |
