Setup

Your AOSTIRMOTOR electric bike is 95% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly steps are straightforward and can be completed with the included tools.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Unboxing and Inspection: Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Front Wheel Installation: Attach the front wheel to the fork, ensuring the disc brake rotor aligns correctly with the caliper. Secure the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.
  3. Handlebar Installation: Mount the handlebar to the stem, ensuring proper alignment and tightening all bolts securely.
  4. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms (left pedal is reverse-threaded). Tighten firmly with a wrench.
  5. Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post with the saddle attached into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the height for comfortable riding and secure with the quick-release clamp.
  6. Battery Installation: Slide the battery into its compartment on the frame and lock it securely with the provided key.
  7. Final Checks: Before your first ride, double-check all bolts and connections, inflate tires to recommended pressure, and test brakes and gears.
