Step 2: Install the Back Panel and Divider

Operating Instructions

Using the Removable Divider
The internal divider can be removed to create a larger single space, accommodating bigger litter boxes or providing a spacious resting area for your cat. Note that removing the divider reduces the maximum load capacity of the top surface to 10 kg (22 lbs).

Cat Entry and Exit
Cats enter and exit through the circular opening on the side panel. This design helps contain litter tracking and provides privacy.

Maintenance
Cleaning
The enclosure features an easy-to-clean surface. Wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces regularly with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
For litter box cleaning, open the double doors for convenient access to remove and clean the litter pan.
Hardware Check
Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and structural integrity.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Enclosure feels wobbly or unstable. | Loose fasteners or uneven surface. | Ensure all screws are tightened. Place the enclosure on a level floor. |
| Doors do not close properly. | Misaligned hinges or magnetic catches. | Adjust hinge alignment. Check if magnetic catches are securely installed and aligned with the door plates. |
| Cat is not using the enclosure. | New environment, unfamiliar smell, or litter box size issue. | Allow time for your cat to adjust. Ensure the litter box fits comfortably and the entry is accessible. You may try placing a familiar item inside. |
| Unpleasant odor persists. | Infrequent cleaning or porous material absorption. | Clean the litter box and enclosure regularly. Consider using a litter box liner or odor-absorbing products. Ensure proper ventilation. |
