This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, programming, operation, and maintenance of your DDcafor 3-in-1 Garage Door Keypad and 2 Remotes. This system offers convenient and secure access to your garage.
1.1 Compatibility
The DDcafor 3-in-1 Garage Door Keypad and 2 Remotes are compatible with most LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Craftsman garage door openers manufactured from 1993 onwards. This includes openers featuring Yellow, Purple, Red/Orange, or Green Learn Buttons. It supports Security+ 2.0, Security+, and Billion Code systems.
Important: This product is not compatible with Genie, Overhead Door, Linear, MyQ-only systems, DIP switch systems, or garage door openers with white or brown learn buttons.

2. Setup and Programming
Follow these steps to program your keypad and remotes to your garage door opener. No special tools are required.
2.1 Identify Your Learn Button
Locate the 'Learn' button on your garage door opener motor unit. Note its color (Yellow, Purple, Red/Orange, or Green). This color determines the programming mode.
2.2 Programming the Keypad and Remotes
- Prepare the Keypad/Remote: For the keypad, enter a 4-digit PIN you wish to use. For the remotes, select a button you want to program.
- Activate Learn Mode on Opener: Press and release the 'Learn' button on your garage door opener motor unit. The learn LED will light steadily for approximately 30 seconds. Do NOT press and hold the learn button for an extended period, as this may erase all previously programmed remotes. A single, quick press is sufficient.
- Program the Device: Within 30 seconds of pressing the learn button on the opener, press and hold the chosen button on your remote or the 'ENTER' button on your keypad (after entering your PIN). Release the button when the opener light blinks or two clicks are heard. This indicates successful programming.
- Test Operation: Press the programmed button on your remote or enter your PIN followed by 'ENTER' on the keypad to test if the garage door operates.

- Lift the weather-resistant cover.
- Enter your personalized 4-digit PIN. The backlit buttons assist with visibility in low light conditions.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Replacement
The keychain remotes use a CR2032 battery. The keypad typically uses a 9V battery (not explicitly stated in specifications, but common for keypads). Replace batteries when the operating range decreases or the device stops responding.
To replace the battery in the keychain remote:
- Carefully open the remote casing, usually by prying it apart with a small flat-head screwdriver.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side faces up.
- Snap the remote casing back together.

5. Troubleshooting
- Device Not Programming:
- Ensure your garage door opener is compatible (check learn button color).
- Verify you are pressing and releasing the learn button on the opener quickly, not holding it down. Holding it down for too long will erase all existing programming.
- Ensure you complete the programming steps within 30 seconds of activating the opener's learn mode.
- Check the battery in the keypad/remote.
- Reduced Range:
- Replace the battery in the remote or keypad.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the device and the garage door opener.
- Keypad Not Responding:
- Check the keypad battery.
- Ensure the cover is fully open when entering the PIN.
