Setup

Before first use, ensure the product is clean and dry. Unroll the cushion and inspect it for any visible damage. Connect the power cord to the cushion and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective use of your heated cushion:

1. Power On: Plug the cushion into a power outlet. Press the power button on the controller to turn on the device.
2. Select Temperature: Choose your desired temperature level from the five available options using the control dial or buttons. The cushion heats up quickly thanks to Intellisense technology.
3. Position the Cushion: Place the heated cushion on the desired body area (e.g., back, abdomen). The weighted design with microbeads ensures gentle pressure and optimal heat transfer.
4. Automatic Shut-off: For safety, the device will automatically turn off after 90 minutes of continuous operation.
5. Safety System: In the event of a malfunction, the Electroblock safety system will immediately activate and automatically shut off the product.
6. Power Off: After use, press the power button to turn off the cushion and unplug it from the wall socket.

Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your heated cushion.

• Cleaning: The heated cushion is machine washable at 30°C (86°F). Ensure the control unit and power cord are detached before washing.
• Drying: Allow the cushion to air dry completely before reattaching the control unit and using it again. Do not tumble dry or iron.
• Storage: When not in use, store the cushion in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your heated cushion, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Cushion not heating:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the cushion and the wall outlet.
  • Check if the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
  • Verify that the power button on the controller is pressed and a temperature setting is selected.
  • If the Electroblock safety system has activated (indicated by a specific light or no power), unplug the device, wait a few minutes, and try again. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• Cushion turns off unexpectedly:
  • The cushion has an automatic shut-off feature after 90 minutes. This is normal operation. Simply restart the device if you wish to continue use.
  • If it shuts off before 90 minutes, the Electroblock safety system may have been triggered. Follow the steps above for "Cushion not heating" if this occurs.
