3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
- Slide the cover latch to open the compartment.
- Insert the NP-6L Lithium-Ion battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover until it clicks securely into place.
3.2 Charging the Battery
- Connect the USB charging cable to the camera's Type-C charging interface.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to the provided charging plug or a compatible 5V 1A USB power source.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when the battery is fully charged.
- A full charge provides approximately 150 minutes of photography or 60 minutes of video recording.
3.3 Memory Card Installation
The camera supports up to a 32GB memory card (not included).
- Locate the memory card slot, usually adjacent to the battery compartment.
- Insert the SD memory card with the metal contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently press the card until it springs out.
3.4 Turning the Camera On/Off
- To turn on, press and hold the Power button (ON/OFF) located on the top of the camera.
- To turn off, press and hold the Power button again.
