- Step 1: Assemble Wall Plate
Connect the two sections of the wall plate using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened. - Step 2: Attach Brackets to TV
Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface. Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure the side of the bracket marked 'This side faces outside' is correctly oriented. Tighten all screws securely. - Step 3: Attach Wall Plate to Wall
Determine the desired mounting height for your TV. Use the included bubble level to ensure the wall plate is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drilling locations through the holes on the wall plate. Drill pilot holes according to your wall type (wood stud, concrete, or brick) and insert anchors if necessary. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag bolts. Tighten all screws firmly. - Step 4: Hang and Secure TV to Wall Plate
With assistance, carefully lift your TV and hook the TV brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure both brackets are properly seated. Pull the quick-release straps located at the bottom of the TV brackets to engage the locking mechanism, securing the TV to the wall plate. Gently tug on the TV to confirm it is securely mounted.

Operating Instructions
Tilting Function
The XINLEI MT5083 mount allows for a 0-8 degree tilt adjustment to optimize your viewing experience and reduce glare. To adjust the tilt, gently push or pull the bottom of your TV to achieve the desired angle. The friction-based mechanism will hold the TV in place.
