1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air fryer and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (fry basket, wire rack, baking pan, clip) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local power supply before plugging in. Insert the power plug into a grounded wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Control Panel

The air fryer features an intuitive digital touch screen. The screen displays temperature, time, and various preset cooking modes.

Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Plug the appliance into a power outlet. The screen will illuminate.
  2. Preheating (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer. Select a desired temperature and set the timer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Load Food: Place your food into the appropriate accessory (fry basket, wire rack, or baking pan). Utilize the 3-layer cooking design for larger quantities or different items.
  4. Select Cooking Mode:
    • Preset Modes: Tap on the icons for specific foods like Chips, Meat, Nut, or Pizza. The appliance will automatically set a recommended temperature and time.
    • Manual Settings: Tap the temperature and timer icons to adjust them manually. Temperature can be set between 80-210°C (180-400°F) and time from 1 to 360 minutes.
  5. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking cycle.
  6. Monitor Progress: Use the integrated viewing window to check on your food without opening the door.

Special Functions

  • Reheat Function: This function allows you to reheat food for up to 24 hours. Select the reheat option and set the desired duration.
  • Timer Function: In addition to cooking time, a separate timer function can be set for up to 6 hours for delayed start or other timing needs.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean Accessories: The non-stick net, non-stick pan, and bread net (fry basket, baking pan, wire rack) can be washed with warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Clean Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, use a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure the interior is dry before next use.
  4. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  5. Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the main unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  6. Dishwasher Safety: The main unit is NOT dishwasher safe. Check individual accessory instructions for dishwasher compatibility.
