General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the frying basket or on the appropriate rack/pan. Do not overfill.
- Insert Basket/Pan: Slide the frying basket or pan securely into the air fryer oven.
- Power On: Press the Power On/Off button on the touch screen.
- Select Function/Preset:
- Using Presets: Select one of the pre-programmed cooking presets (e.g., chips, meat, nut, pizza) by touching the corresponding icon. The default time and temperature for that preset will display.
- Manual Setting: Alternatively, manually set the desired cooking temperature (60°C-200°C) using the Temperature Preset control and the cooking time (0-60 minutes) using the Time Preset control.
- Start Cooking: Once settings are confirmed, press the Start button (often the Power button again or a dedicated Start icon) to begin cooking.
- Monitoring: You can monitor the cooking progress through the transparent window. For even cooking, some foods may require shaking the basket or turning the food halfway through the cooking time.
- Completion: The appliance will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero. Carefully remove the cooked food using heat-resistant tongs or gloves.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer oven.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Removable Parts: The frying basket and other removable accessories are dishwasher safe, PFOA Free, and BPA free. For hand washing, use warm water, a mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
