The LED digital display panel features touch controls for easy operation. It includes:

Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, clean all removable parts (frying basket, pan) with warm soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer oven on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space on all sides.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V).
  5. Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

General Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the frying basket or on the appropriate rack/pan. Do not overfill.
  2. Insert Basket/Pan: Slide the frying basket or pan securely into the air fryer oven.
  3. Power On: Press the Power On/Off button on the touch screen.
  4. Select Function/Preset:
    • Using Presets: Select one of the pre-programmed cooking presets (e.g., chips, meat, nut, pizza) by touching the corresponding icon. The default time and temperature for that preset will display.
    • Manual Setting: Alternatively, manually set the desired cooking temperature (60°C-200°C) using the Temperature Preset control and the cooking time (0-60 minutes) using the Time Preset control.
  5. Start Cooking: Once settings are confirmed, press the Start button (often the Power button again or a dedicated Start icon) to begin cooking.
  6. Monitoring: You can monitor the cooking progress through the transparent window. For even cooking, some foods may require shaking the basket or turning the food halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Completion: The appliance will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero. Carefully remove the cooked food using heat-resistant tongs or gloves.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer oven.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Removable Parts: The frying basket and other removable accessories are dishwasher safe, PFOA Free, and BPA free. For hand washing, use warm water, a mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Interior Cleaning: Wipe the interior of the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn food residue, soak a cloth in warm soapy water and place it inside the oven for a few minutes to loosen the residue before wiping. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
  4. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surface with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
