1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using this appliance to ensure safe operation and prevent injury or damage. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning or when not in use.
• Do not immerse the main unit, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid to prevent electric shock.

• Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

• Always place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance during use. Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm (4 inches) from walls and other appliances.
• Hot air is released through the air outlet vent at the back of the appliance. Keep a safe distance from this vent.
• Do not cover the air inlet or air outlet vents while the appliance is operating.
• The basket and accessories become hot during use. Always use oven mitts or a heat-resistant mat when handling hot components.
• Do not overfill the basket.
• This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.
2. Clean: Before first use, clean the basket and tray with warm soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Refer to the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section for detailed instructions.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly under cabinets or near flammable materials.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation.
2. Insert Basket: Slide the basket firmly back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
3. Power On: Plug in the air fryer. The digital display will illuminate.
4. Set Temperature and Time:
   • Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired cooking temperature (60-200°C).
   • Use the timer control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired cooking time (1-60 minutes).
5. Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin the cooking cycle. The air fryer will automatically preheat if necessary and then start cooking.
6. Shake/Flip (Optional): For some foods, it is recommended to shake or flip the contents of the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning. Carefully pull out the basket, shake or flip the food, and then reinsert the basket. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
7. End of Cooking: The air fryer will beep when the cooking time is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a plate.

4.2 Using Presets

The air fryer comes with 6 preset cooking options for common dishes. These presets automatically set an optimal temperature and time for specific foods.

1. Select Preset: After placing food in the basket and powering on the unit, press the desired preset icon on the touch screen. The display will show the pre-programmed temperature and time for that selection.
2. Adjust (Optional): You can adjust the temperature and time of a preset using the '+' and '-' buttons if you prefer different settings.
3. Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin cooking.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning of your air fryer will ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.

1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Clean Basket and Tray: The non-stick basket and tray are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with warm water, a mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
