Setup Guide

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your AcclaFit P5 Smart Watch. Connect the charging cable to the watch's charging port and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

The watch offers a normal usage time of 7 days and up to 30 days of standby time on a single charge.

2. Installing the "H Band" App

To unlock all features and track your health data, download and install the "H Band" app on your smartphone. The app is compatible with iOS 10.0/Android 5.0 or above and requires Bluetooth 5.3 or above.

3. Pairing with Your Smartphone

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
Open the "H Band" app.
Follow the in-app instructions to search for and connect to your AcclaFit P5 Smart Watch.
Confirm the pairing request on both your watch and smartphone.

Once paired, the watch will synchronize data and notifications with your phone.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Calling & Notifications

The AcclaFit P5 Smart Watch features a built-in microphone and Hi-Fi speaker, allowing you to make and answer calls directly from your wrist. When synced with your smartphone, you will receive SMS text and SNS messages (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Messenger, etc.) with a vibration alert.

Health Tracking

The AcclaFit P5 is equipped with a high-precision PPG sensor for 24-hour heart rate monitoring. It can store 7 days of resting heart rate data. Blood oxygen and blood pressure are measured using a reflective-light based sensor on the wrist. Monitoring data can be viewed in the "H Band" app.

The AcclaFit P5 supports over 140 professional and extended workout modes, including yoga, swimming, HIIT, running, cycling, badminton, football, and more. It tracks activity data such as steps, active minutes, distance, and calorie consumption, providing real-time exercise status.

Customization

Personalize your watch with over 100 dial designs or use your own photos for customization. The 1.85" HD full touch screen provides excellent image quality and a smooth user experience.

Maintenance

Water Resistance (IP68)

The AcclaFit P5 Smart Watch has an IP68 water resistance rating, meaning it can withstand pressurized waterproofing tests. You can wear it for washing hands, showering, swimming, and diving. Important: Do not wear the watch in hot water, including hot showers, as this can compromise the water seal.

General Care

Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the watch yourself.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Watch not turning on	Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 10 minutes.
Unable to pair with smartphone	Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Ensure the watch is within range of your phone. Restart both the watch and your phone. Check if the "H Band" app is updated to the latest version. Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
Inaccurate health readings	Ensure the watch is worn snugly but comfortably on your wrist. Avoid excessive movement during measurements. Clean the sensor on the back of the watch. Note that smartwatches are not medical devices and readings are for reference only.
Notifications not received	Check if the watch is connected to the app. Ensure notification permissions are granted to the "H Band" app in your phone's settings. Verify that app notifications are enabled within the "H Band" app.
