The TUXING TXED012 is a high-pressure air compressor designed for filling PCP air rifles, paintball tanks, and scuba diving cylinders. It features a two-stage compression system, built-in water-oil separator, and an automatic shut-off function for convenience and safety.

2. Safety Instructions

• Always operate the compressor in a well-ventilated area.

4. Setup and Initial Preparation

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
2. Placement: Place the compressor on a firm, level, and stable surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for air circulation.
3. Oil Breather Installation: Locate the oil breather plug (usually a red cap) and replace it with the supplied oil breather cap. This is crucial for proper ventilation during operation.

4. Oil Level Check: Verify the oil level using the oil level line/sight glass. If necessary, top up with appropriate compressor oil.
5. Cooling Water System Setup:
   • Connect the water inlet and outlet hoses to the compressor.
   • Place the other ends of the hoses into an external bucket filled with clean water. Ensure the water level is sufficient to cover the pump for continuous cooling.
   • Do not start the machine without preparing cooling water.

6. Power Connection: Connect the compressor to a standard 110V, 60Hz grounded power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Connect Air Tank: Securely connect the air hose from the compressor to the tank you wish to fill (e.g., PCP air rifle, paintball tank, scuba tank). Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
2. Set Desired Pressure: Adjust the pressure gauge to the desired shut-off pressure. The compressor will automatically stop when this pressure is reached. The maximum working pressure is 30MPA / 300bar / 4500psi.
3. Start Compressor: Turn on the main power switch. The compressor will begin to fill the tank.
4. Monitor Operation:
   • Continuously monitor the pressure gauge on the compressor and the tank being filled.
   • Observe the cooling water temperature using the battery-powered digital thermometer. Ensure the water remains cool.
   • Listen for any unusual noises or vibrations.
5. Automatic Shut-off: The compressor will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached.
6. Disconnect Tank: Once filling is complete and the compressor has shut off, turn off the main power switch. Carefully disconnect the air hose from the tank. Be aware that the hose and fittings may be hot.

Approximate Fill Times:

• 0.5L tank from 0-300 bar (0-4500 psi): Approximately 3 minutes.
• 6.8L tank from 0-300 bar (0-4500 psi): Approximately 45 minutes.

6. Maintenance

• Oil Change: Regularly check and change the compressor oil according to the manufacturer's recommendations or if the oil appears discolored. Use only specified compressor oil.
