Setup
- Unpack the charger and inspect it for any damage.
- Place the charger on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the area is well-ventilated and away from flammable materials.
- Plug the charger's power cord into a standard 240V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Charging Batteries
- Ensure the charger is plugged into a live electrical outlet.
- Align the Hyper Tough 20V Max lithium-ion battery with one of the charging ports on the charger.
- Slide the battery firmly into the charging port until it clicks into place. You can insert a second battery into the other port for simultaneous charging.
- Observe the LED indicator lights on the charger.
LED Indicator Status
- Solid Red: Battery is charging.
- Solid Green: Battery is fully charged.
- Flashing Red: Battery error or charger malfunction. Disconnect the battery and charger, then try again. If the issue persists, refer to the Troubleshooting section.
Approximate Charging Times
- 20V Max 2.0Ah Lithium-ion batteries: Approximately 1 hour
- 20V Max 4.0Ah Lithium-ion batteries: Approximately 2 hours
Once charging is complete (solid green light), remove the battery by pressing the release tab (if present) and sliding it out of the port. Disconnect the charger from the power outlet when not in use.

Maintenance
