Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Diivoo 4-Way Brass Water Distributor:
- Prepare the Faucet: Ensure your outdoor faucet is turned off and free from debris.
- Attach the Distributor: Screw the female connector of the Diivoo 4-Way Water Distributor onto your standard 3/4" outdoor faucet. Turn the connector clockwise until it is hand-tight. Ensure the included rubber washer is properly seated inside the connector to prevent leaks.
- Connect Hoses: Attach your garden hoses, irrigation computers, or other watering devices to the four male outlets of the distributor. Screw each connection clockwise until secure. Ensure a washer is present in each hose connection.
- Adjust Orientation: The main body of the splitter can be rotated 360°, allowing you to position the outlets conveniently for your hoses.
- Check for Leaks: Slowly turn on your main faucet. Observe all connections for any signs of leaks. If a leak occurs, turn off the water, tighten the connection, and re-check. If leaks persist, ensure washers are correctly seated or replace them with the provided spare washers.

Operation
The Diivoo 4-Way Brass Water Distributor features individual shut-off valves for each outlet, providing independent control over water flow.
- Turning On/Off an Outlet: Each outlet is equipped with a black lever handle. To open an outlet and allow water flow, rotate the lever 90 degrees from the "OFF" position to the "ON" position. To close an outlet and stop water flow, rotate the lever back to the "OFF" position.
- Adjusting Flow: The ball valves allow for partial opening, enabling you to adjust the water flow rate to each connected device as needed.
- Using Multiple Outlets: You can use one, two, three, or all four outlets simultaneously, depending on your watering requirements.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your Diivoo 4-Way Brass Water Distributor.
- Regular Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the exterior of the distributor with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Washer Inspection: Regularly inspect the rubber washers in all connections (inlet and outlets) for signs of wear, cracking, or flattening. Replace them with the provided spare washers if necessary to prevent leaks.
- Winterization: In regions with freezing temperatures, it is crucial to disconnect the distributor from the faucet and drain all water from it before the first frost. Store the distributor indoors in a dry, protected area to prevent damage from freezing water.
- Joint Reinforcement: The product is designed with reinforced joints for enhanced durability. Avoid excessive force when connecting or disconnecting hoses to maintain the integrity of these joints.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Diivoo 4-Way Brass Water Distributor, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Water leaks from connections. | Loose connection, worn or missing washer. | Ensure all connections are tightened securely. Check and replace rubber washers if they are damaged or missing. |
| Low water flow from an outlet. | Valve not fully open, debris in the line, or low main water pressure. | Ensure the individual lever handle is fully in the "ON" position. Check for any blockages in the hose or the distributor's outlet. Verify adequate main water pressure. |
| Lever handles are stiff to turn. | Mineral buildup or lack of lubrication. | Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the valve mechanism. Regular operation can also help keep them smooth. |
| Distributor cracked or damaged after freezing. | Water left inside during freezing temperatures. | This indicates freeze damage. The unit may need to be replaced. Always ensure proper winterization by draining and storing indoors. |
