Operating Instructions
Compatibility and Mode Selection
The PXN V99 is compatible with PC (Windows 7/8/10/11), PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The steering wheel supports both 270-degree and 900-degree rotation modes. The 270-degree mode is ideal for fast-paced racing games like F1 and Forza Horizon 5, while the 900-degree mode is better suited for driving simulation games such as Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Farming Simulator. Refer to your game's settings for optimal configuration.
Force Feedback Experience
Experience realistic force feedback with a constant torque of 3.2 Nm. This system accurately reproduces road bumps, vehicle incline acceleration, collisions, and other driving details, providing tactile feedback for an immersive experience. Adjust force feedback intensity within your game settings for personalized feel.
Using the Shifter and Paddles
Utilize the PXN A7 H-pattern shifter for precise gear changes. For quick shifts, the Formula Racing-inspired paddle shifters located on the steering wheel provide easy access. Both options ensure a smooth and accurate gear-shifting experience.
Pedal Adjustment
The angle of the pedal panel can be reset by changing the position of screws and holes, allowing for optimization of the pedaling experience to suit individual preferences.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the steering wheel, pedals, and shifter. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Cable Management: Ensure all cables are neatly organized and not under tension to prevent damage.
- Pedal Bolts: Regularly check and tighten the pedal bolts as they may loosen with extended use to maintain optimal performance.
- Storage: When not in use, store the unit in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
