- Connect Controller: Locate the connector on the mattress pad. Plug the controller cord firmly into this connector. For Twin size, there is one controller.
- Plug into Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V/60Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the cord is not pinched or covered.

Care and Maintenance

Washing Instructions:

A: If an ERROR is detected, the controller display will show an "E" followed by a number, and the power to the heating element will not be turned on. If you encounter this "ERROR" condition, refer to the instructions in your manual for specific troubleshooting steps or contact customer support.
Q: Only parts of my heated mattress pad are getting warm.
A: This is typically caused by a bunched or pinched heating element. Ensure the heated mattress pad is laid flat and not tucked in, and that nothing heavy is on it. Lay the mattress pad flat and run your fingers along the wire paths, paying special attention to the top and bottom edges where wires might bend. Manually twist any twisted wires back into place.
Q: My controller feels warm to the touch. Is this a problem?
A: No. The control will feel warm (not hot) to the touch when functioning properly. Even when the controller is on, small amounts of electricity will cycle through it, which may make the controller warm. If the controller gets hot to the touch, discontinue use and contact customer service immediately.
