• Avoid pinching or folding the heating wires within the pad.

3. Setup

Placing the Mattress Pad

Place the heated mattress pad directly on your mattress. The deep pocket design with all-around elastic ensures a snug fit for mattresses up to 18 inches thick.

Connecting the Controller

Locate the connector on the mattress pad. Plug the controller cord into this connector. Ensure the connection is secure. The controller connectors are positioned on the bottom side of the mattress pad, away from the sleeping surface, to prevent disruptions.

Plug the power cord (6ft) from the controller into a standard electrical outlet.

Controller Functions

Your heated mattress pad is operated via a user-friendly controller with an LCD display.

• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
• Heat Settings: Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to select from 5 heat levels. The current setting will be displayed on the LCD.
• Pre-Heat Function: Press the 'PREHEAT' button to activate a 1-hour pre-heat cycle, quickly warming the bed before use.
• Automatic Shut-Off: The mattress pad features a 10-hour automatic shut-off for safety and energy conservation.
• Smart Home Compatibility: This product is compatible with smart home outlets and automatic timers for scheduled control.

Dual Zone Control (For Queen and Larger Sizes Only)

For Queen and larger sizes, the mattress pad includes two controllers, allowing independent temperature adjustment for each side of the bed. The Twin XL size uses a single controller.

5. Care and Maintenance

Washing Instructions

• Disconnect all cords from the mattress pad before washing.
• Wash by hand or with a delicate cycle in cold water.
• Use minimal detergent.
• Remove immediately after the spin cycle to prevent creasing.

Drying Instructions

• Tumble dry on medium or low heat for 5 minutes.
• Remove damp bedding from the dryer, gently stretch, and hang to finish drying.
• Do not hang with clothespins, as this can damage the wires.
• Do not iron the mattress pad.
• Periodically check and straighten any bent or twisted wires to preserve shape and functionality.

6. Troubleshooting

• Q: Why is my light blinking?
  A: If an ERROR is detected, the controller display will show an "E" followed by a number, and the power to the heating element will not be turned on. Refer to the full manual for specific error codes and troubleshooting steps.
• Q: Only parts of my heated mattress pad are getting warm.
  A: This is normally caused by one area of the heating element being bunched or pinched. First, ensure that the heated mattress pad is laid flat and not tucked in, bunched, and does not have anything heavy on it. Lay the heated mattress pad flat and run your fingers along the wire, paying special attention to the top and bottom of the heated mattress pad where the wire bends. If any portion of the wire is twisted on itself, manually twist it back.
• Q: My controller feels warm to the touch. Is this a problem?
  A: No. The control will feel warm (not hot) to the touch when functioning properly. Even when the controller is on, small amounts of electricity will cycle through it, which may make the controller warm. If the controller gets hot to the touch, immediately unplug the unit and contact customer service.
