3. Setup and Connectivity

3.1 Charging the Mouse

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the Type-C port on the front of the mouse and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.

3.2 Connecting via 2.4G USB-A Receiver

1. Locate the USB-A receiver stored in the compartment on the underside of the mouse.
2. Insert the USB-A receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer.
3. Slide the switch on the underside of the mouse to the '2.4G' position. The green LED indicator will light up.
4. Your computer should automatically detect and connect to the mouse.

3.3 Connecting via Bluetooth (BT3.0/BT5.0)

1. Slide the switch on the underside of the mouse to the 'BT' position. The blue LED indicator will light up.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (located near the switch) for 2-3 seconds until the blue LED indicator starts blinking rapidly. This indicates the mouse is in pairing mode.
3. On your device (laptop, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
4. Select 'TECKNET Mouse' (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
5. Once paired, the blue LED indicator will stop blinking and remain solid.

3.4 Switching Between Connected Devices

The mouse supports connecting to two devices simultaneously (one via 2.4G USB-A and one via Bluetooth). To switch between devices, simply slide the connectivity switch on the underside of the mouse to the desired '2.4G' or 'BT' position.
